SERVICES & PRICING ESTIMATES
House Siding - $10,500 - For small Ranch or Cape includes materials - vinyl siding, corners, J channel, starter strip, sill trim and 3/8" foam insulation. Metal trim is an additional charges.
Window installation

Replacement window - $75 includes removing old and installing new and sealing window. Labor only. Disposal of old window is extra.

New contruction window - $230 includes prepping opening, installing window awith weather barrier. Labor only.
Dishwasher Installation - $175 - includes removing old dishwasher and installing new. Disposal of old dishwasher is extra fee.
Microwave, under counter installation - $145 - includes removal of old.
Backsplash installation - $23 per square foot - Labor only.
Hot water tank swap out - $450 - includes removal of old and installing new. Disposal of old is extra fee.
Plumbing - $70 hourly rate - includes faucets, pipe repair, shower valve, drains, etc.
Toilet replacement - $75 - Disposal fee for old toilet is extra.
Hanging ceiling fan - $95 - includes removing old fan and installing new
Pellet Stove installation - $700 - through wall installation
