Bathroom renovation - Half bath - Full bath - $3,200 - $6,500 - Labor only
Cabinets, removal & installation - $83 per linear foot - Labor only - Disposal extra fee
Drywall installation - $220 per sheet includes drywall & primer, installation, mud, tape, sane and prime
Drywall repair - $70 hourly rate
Framing and Finish work - $70 hourly rate
Furniture assembly - $70 hourly rate
General repairs - $70 hourly rate
Gutter cleaning - $70 hourly rate
Pressure washing - $70 hourly rate
Door install

Exterior door - $500

Interior door - $125 includes level and set door, install hardware

Slider door - $800 includes removing old door (disposal is an added fee)
Painting indoors - from $1,200 - Includes painting a 12 X 12 room, two coats includes walls, ceiling, baseboard, door and window trim. Price will be adjusted if only one coat is needed. Labor only.
Flooring

Tile flooring -$12.50 per square foot - Includes floor removal, floor prep, tile installation and grouting - Labor only

Hardwood flooring - $5.25 square foot includes prepping floor, baseboard removal, new floor installation and reinstall baseboard. Labor only.

Laminate snap flooring - $3.75 square foot - Includes removing aseboard, prepping floor, installing new floor, reinstalling baseboard and threshold if required. Labor only.
